We Are Not For Strike(Aandolan)

Kathmandu - Everyday students used to protest against the government at office time i.e. 9:00 Am to 11:00 Am in different places for high increment of price in petroleum products.People have to reach the destination in time but because of the protest the police didn't allow the vehicles to pass from chabahil(Kathmandu). This made us and me to walk on foot from chabahil to their destination and mine college.Not only at chabahil people suffered from this problem in different places in Kathmandu valley.

"Why are the students really protesting for? Are they protesting for our good?", normal people who were suffered from strike must have asked these queries to themselves."Is giving trouble to us by protesting against our wish in our favor?", one asked."No they are not protesting to government they are protesting for their benefits." another replied.Likewise I was rushing fast to college I heard two college boys like me talking about the strike and going to college.One of them told "Its strike today so we need not go to college". Another guy told "ya, we can tell there was strike so we couldn't come in college.Lets go and enjoy somewhere". I don't know how they enjoyed and whether they went college or not.But I am sure many students enjoyed and didn't go to college and strike of students made some students do bad work.Another interesting thing was the people were over the roads walking to destinations.If people were really interested for protesting against the government they would be in road protesting not going to work.

But I saw people are in favor of peace and constitution.They don't mind such minor things and will be supporting constitution drafting process.They want a New Nepal; comprised of New Constitution,strike free,educational institutions as zone of peace,lack of problems and rapid growth in development.It is to see Nepalese dream comes true or not in specified time?

Merits And Demerits Of Tourism

Tourism industry is one of the best source of national economy.In context of Nepal it is the backbone of national income.Presently we are celebrating "VISIT LUMBINI YEAR 2012" and last year we celebrated "VISIT NEPAL YEAR 2011" with a motto of increasing number of tourists and place to visit in Nepal.This industry is also helpful for the protection of social and cultural norms and values.

There are some merits as well as some demerits of tourism.It is the source of national economy.It has provided job opportunity to many jobless.Our country and its natural beauty are recognized,spread and remembered throughout the world.Our cultural norms and values are spreaded throughout the world.Our land is the "BIRTH PLACE OF GAUTAM BUDDHA "who is the light of Asia and founder of Buddhism.We too have many other religious places which will be promoted in foreign countries.We get donations from developed countries for various developmental works.Different international companies are interested to promote the heath condition of our country.

Similarly,tourism do have some demerits.Many tourists come here for illegal purpose.They are involved in illegal works like killing animals and export and import of protected herbs.Our young generation are attracted to western culture and lifestyle which has created many problems in the country.The country will be dependent for foreign aid.

As compared to demerits there are more merits which can overcome the demerits.Hence it is our duty to help tourism industry grow bigger and advance.Effective plans and policies are needed to develop our country as tourists center.

(Is there) life after 60?

Life is a precious gift given by some supernatural power as believed by different religion.According to the theory of Darwin, humans are developed through mutation and adaptation.As we know that old age is also child stage from popular sayings.In different developing countries young sons and daughters think their old parents as load of family."old people can't do anything,they only give tension to us" can be listened from many young mouth's.But they don't know that old people have even done great things in modern world.Life after 60 is the life zooming towards the way of death.

Many scholars even say when people become old they regain their child stage that means they get new life again.In Nepal the average life span of the people is 63.3, can be explained that stepping 60 is stepping to death.In many developed countries old people are too doing jobs like the young.They are involved in productive works.During young time people serve their country and after 50 or 60 they visit different countries for various knowledge related to the visiting countries mainly.Our general Paper guide Mr.Steven Lewis is the example of above statement.People know death after birth but the death is not fixed that may be at 10 or after 60.So it cannot be said life after 60 is impossible.

Finally,life is for death and do miscellaneous jobs.Date of death is not fixed hence,life after sixty is mystery in my opinion.

Health

Health refers to the state of being physically,mentally and socially well and absence of disease.As saying goes "Health is Wealth" which means health is the main factor for human development.It has become our basics needs in today's world.

Health not only matters for a person but also in environment,society,animals and birds.A man cannot be healthy when the society is polluted, if environment is degraded and birds and animals which are a part of Eco system aren't healthy.Hence in my opinion, health is the sound state of environment.A healthy person is far better involved in making the environment healthy than an unhealthy person.Unhealthy person can do nothing as compared to healthy person in physical works.Some unhealthy people like Stephen Hawkins,Helen Keller etc have done great things for the society.So, in my opinion healthy people only can do the physical works where unhealthy person can't.

As the unhealthy electronic appliances doesn't work like that the unhealthy person can't do anything.It is the sound state of environment and ecosystem where there is absence of disease.

The development of religion has taken different forms in different cultures.Some religions place an emphasis on belief, while others emphasize practice.Religions are said to be involved in decreasing crime and wars in the world but they haven't any change.Due to large number of religion, there is seen religious war.It hasn't decreased the number of poor people.Hence in my opinion, religion has no any significance in life.

Tips To Secure Your Accounts

Here I am talking about keeping your any accounts secure. First of all keep the back up of your accounts which mustn't be in the reach of other people(you can lock your folder with folder lock softwares).
If you forget your password you can look in the back up but if your back doesn't exist or you have deleted then there comes a trouble. For this you have to provide valid email address or mobile number.
Be aware of the fake emails from hacker who provides you attractive things without reason.


Follow these steps to keep your accounts secure:-

    1.Password Protection: You should select a unique and complex password for your account and keep this entirely to yourself. Be sure that you use a complex string of numbers, letters, and punctuation marks that is at least six characters in length. It should also be different from other passwords you use elsewhere on the internet.

    2.Private Browsing: Please make sure that you log out of your account and quit your browser when you’re done using the site. This is especially important when using a public computer or someone else's mobile device. You should also never check the "Keep me logged in" box when logging in from a public computer, as this will keep you logged in even after you close your browser window.

    3.Secure Email: Since anyone who can read your email can probably also access your account, you should make sure that any email addresses associated with your account are secure. To ensure security, you should change the password for all of your email accounts and make sure that no two are the same. By varying your passwords, you can greatly decrease your account’s risk of being compromised in the future.

    4.Security Question(In case of some accounts): If you have not done so already, you should add a security question to your account from the Account Settings page. You should choose a question and answer that you will remember, and no one else should be able to answer the question that you choose.

    5.Log in at official site(Like facebook.com): Make sure that when you access the site, you always log in from a legitimate page with the official domain. Do not click any unfamiliar links and do not run any executable files (files ending in .exe) on your computer without knowing what they are. If something looks or feels suspicious, go directly to official site to log in.

    6.Run Anti-Virus Software: If your computer has been infected with a virus or with malware, you will need to run anti-virus software to remove these harmful programs and keep your information secure.

A substance that has a physiological effect when injected or otherwise introduced into the body,in particular.Drug addiction is a complex brain disease.It is characterized by compulsive,at times uncontrollable,drug craving,seeking,and use that persist even in the face of extremly negative consequences.Drug has both use and abuse.Drug abuse refers to the use of illegal drugs or the inappropriate use of legal drugs.

Drug abuse is characterized by taking more than the recommended dose of prescription drugs such as barbiturates without medical supervision,or using government controlled substances such as marijuana,cocaine,heroin,or other illegal substances.Legal substances such as alcohol and nicotine, are also abused by many people.Abuse of drugs and other substances can lead to physical and psychological dependence.Drug abuse can cause a wide variety of adverse physical reactions.Long term drug use may damage the heart,liver and brain.

Lastly, drug is a useful material if used properly but discarding the precaution and prescription is dangerous.Youth who have been addicted on drugs can be cured by rehabilitation.Love and care for the abusers must be given to take out them from addiction.
